Common Questions
How does it work, do I still need to be involved?
Minimal involvement needed. We'll have a brief conversation at the start to understand your business, goals, and brand. In some cases you will provide us with images and in some cases we will come and take the images for you. After that, we handle the content creation and posting.
Do I need a photoshoot for social media content?
Not always, it depends on your business. We can work with existing images and images you provide us with each month. Alternatively, we can organise a half-day shoot and use and repurpose these images alongside graphic designs. However, we do recommend a photoshoot once every couple of months for the best results.
Do you manage comments and messages?
We primarily focus on posting and content creation. However, community management can be added at an additional cost. Please get in touch to discuss this further.
Can I review and approve content before it goes live?
Absolutely, we use a platform called Social Pilot to draft and schedule all client content. Once ready to post, it will appear in a 'Pending Review' tab, which allows you to view the post and approve it or send it back with comments.
What's the minimum term and notice period?
The contract is a three-month minimum term, then rolling monthly, with 30 days’ written notice required from either side.
If we end the contract, would we retain the rights to use the content already created?
All content produced by Marketing Handled belongs to you. Upon termination, all content on your platforms will remain, and you retain full rights to use or repurpose everything.
Do you personally create the content, or do you use freelancers?
All of the content is created by our team of two, Ella and Alex. We do not use any freelancers or third parties.
