We plan and run Aileen's Instagram and Facebook for her rehab and Pilates practice. In August and September her Instagram reach more than doubled and her Facebook reach rose 56%.

Instagram reach up 120% in two months
Across August and September we published 18 posts and 19 Reels on Instagram and 31 posts on Facebook, covering new classes, a studio tour, rehab tips and community walks.
Compared with the two months before, Aileen's Instagram reach rose 120% and her content was viewed 29,800 times. Most of the people it reached weren't following her yet. On Facebook, her page reached 10,400 people, up 56%.
